Tui Na bodywork is the musculoskeletal/myofascial therapy that has stood the test of time.

Despite being more than 2,000 years old, it remains an important part of today’s Chinese hospital system.

In China, Tui Na is practised by medically trained doctors. Soothe’s Tui Na bodyworker was trained by these doctors.

Tui Na treats the whole person, so it’s used for body aches and pains plus other conditions that you might not think appropriate, such as digestive problems and insomnia.

If it can be treated with acupuncture or other types of massage, then it can be treated with Tui Na.

Conditions treated

Tui Na is ideal for:

  • a full range of musculoskeletal complaints (that is pain, reduced range of motion, stiffness)
  • chronic stress-related disorders including those of the digestion and respiratory systems
  • treating children
  • needle phobic people.

10 years of experience

Adrian Jackson is our Tui Na bodyworker, remedial massage therapist and ‘chill out’ relaxation masseur.

While he sees many people for a ‘general’ massage, he focuses on getting into tight spots to relieve pain and muscular tension.

Adrian’s unique bodywork skills, combined with his ‘sixth sense’ to find the areas of your body that need attention, makes him in high demand.

He operates exclusively from our clinic in Holland Park, Brisbane.

If you feel that stress or anxiety has taken hold of you, contact us to find out how we can work with you to reduce it.
